Zhengzhou Fenghuang New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2013 and is a high-tech enterprise integrating research, development, production, sales, and technical services for new welding materials. The company operates a 50,000-square-meter manufacturing facility with an annual output capacity of 100,000 metric tons of submerged-arc sintered flux and 100,000 metric tons of fused flux. It boasts nine fully automated, intelligently controlled submerged-arc sintered flux production lines that are entirely based on its own intellectual property, enabling a daily production capacity of 800 metric tons across the full range of submerged-arc fluxes.

As one of the earliest and largest manufacturers of submerged-arc sintering fluxes in China, the company boasts a research-and-development and sales team with nearly 30 years of experience. It holds 35 “new-type patent technologies” and 7 “invention patents for innovative products,” all protected by fully independent intellectual property rights. The company has been recognized as a National MIIT Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative “Little Giant” Enterprise, a High-Tech Enterprise, and a Henan Province Grade-A Quality and Integrity Enterprise, among other honors. It has also obtained ISO 9001 certification for its quality management system, energy management system, and integration of information technology with industrialization, while its products have passed authoritative certifications from five major national bodies, including Lloyd’s Register (UK), the EU CE mark, and Russia’s HAKC. Its core product lines include sintering fluxes, submerged-arc welding fluxes, bauxite supply, welding consumables, and fluxes, which are exported to Southeast Asia, the Middle East, the European Union, Russia, Taiwan, and other regions. These products are extensively used across a wide range of economic sectors, including machinery manufacturing, high-rise construction, boiler fabrication, shipbuilding, aerospace, wind power, nuclear industry, metallurgy, mining, petroleum, chemical engineering, hydropower, bridge construction, and offshore drilling platforms.
