Zhengzhou Phoenix New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. is headquartered in the CBD business center of Zhengzhou, Henan Province, with its production base located in the Xiaoguanduanhe Industrial Park in Gongyi, Zhengzhou. The company has 50,000 square meters of production area and an annual output capacity of 100,000 tonnes of sintered submerged-arc flux and 100,000 tonnes of fused submerged-arc flux. It currently operates eight fully automated, intelligent-controlled production lines for submerged-arc and sintered flux.

The company has received numerous honors, including being recognized as a "Specialized, Refined, Distinctive and Innovative Small Giant" by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, a high-tech enterprise, and an A-level Quality and Integrity Enterprise of Henan Province. As one of the earlier and larger private enterprises in China producing sintered submerged-arc flux, it has an R&D and sales team with nearly 30 years of experience and holds 22 independently owned "new patented technologies" and 3 "innovative product invention patents." The company has passed ISO9001 quality management system certification, energy management system certification, and the integration of informatization and industrialization system certification. Its products have obtained authoritative certifications from five countries, including Lloyd’s Register (UK), EU CE, and Russia HAKC. Main products include sintered flux, submerged-arc flux, bauxite supply, welding materials, and fluxes.
