Comrade Zhang Lu began by tracing the origin of the axiom “Safety First” and then provided a systematic explanation of two key topics: “Basic Knowledge of Safe Production” and “Key Principles for Safe Forklift Operation.” Emphasizing five critical areas—“Typical Cases of Workplace Safety Accidents, Lessons Learned from Tragic Incidents, Safety Inspections, Accident Prevention, and Accident Response”—she clearly and comprehensively disseminated fundamental safety knowledge to all trainees. Her presentation combined interpretations of core concepts related to workplace safety with in-depth analyses of real-world accident cases from various enterprises, moving from specific examples to broader principles in a patient and instructive manner. As a result, participants gained a clearer understanding of many common “safety tips” they had heard in their daily work and lives but had not fully grasped. In particular, workers on the production floor were reminded of the critical technical essentials for each step of their job procedures, reinforcing their awareness of the vital importance of adhering to established operating protocols in preventing workplace accidents.

During the training-sharing session, Deputy General Manager Qiao Wenxuan shared his insights and reflections on the gains and impressions from participating in this training. He emphasized that, for enterprises, workplace safety is a matter of “zero or 100”—there is no middle ground. He expressed the hope that all employees will deeply understand and internalize the meaning of the statement, “Compliance with rules and regulations equals self-protection,” and translate this understanding into concrete actions to uphold and safeguard the solemn commitment that “workplace safety is the lifeline of both the enterprise and its employees.”
