◆ This flux is an active flux that transfers Mn into the weld bead, providing excellent crack resistance in single-pass welding. It is insensitive to small amounts of rust and oxide scale, exhibits strong resistance to porosity, and is suitable for applications where the base metal does not require rigorous pre-weld cleaning.
◆ The weld bead exhibits a wide, flat profile and slow slag solidification, making it particularly suitable for single-pass fillet welding using both single-wire and dual-wire processes.
◆ Exhibits excellent welding performance, with stable arc combustion and a maximum welding current of up to 1000 A.
◆ When used with appropriate welding wire, it can weld low-carbon steel, low-alloy steel, and heat-resistant steel, making it suitable for structural steel applications and flat butt joints.
