HJ107

Category:

Smelting Flux

Welding is performed using martensitic stainless steel welding wire or strip (H308H/H347/H316H) in either wire electrode or strip electrode mode. This process is suitable for petrochemical equipment and the corrosion-resistant stainless steel vessel industry, as well as for wear-resistant surfacing on roller surfaces.

    Attention

Prior to welding, if the flux is found to be damp, it must be baked at 300–350°C for 2 hours and used immediately after baking.

Prior to welding, it is essential to thoroughly remove rust, scale, primer, dirt, and weld slag from the base metal surface to ensure sound weld deposit.
